The Ladurée Dream founded in 1862 in Paris by Louis Ernest Ladurée as a bakery and later a pastry shop which evolved into the first “salon de thé”. A mix of a Parisian café and pâtisserie, where women enjoyed meeting in the freedom of the tearoom instead of their homes.
