Inspiration Tales is happy to announce its first collection of kid’s furniture. As you may have understood (or I believe so 😉), I have a big love for French style and furniture. For this exact reason, it took me a while before I could decide on which children’s furniture brand I will first introduce in Inspiration Tales.

This inspiration came to me as I was working in an interior design project for a child’s room. I wanted something of high quality, sustainable and ecologic, simple, classic but with finesse and character, sweet and all time classic, that the mother will not need to change soon by being outdated; something that will resemble a romantic French style. The answer was Cam Cam! But Who is Cam Cam?

Who is Cam Cam?

Cam Cam Copenhagen is a family company that was established in 2012 from an architect couple, Sara from Denmark and Robert from USA, after the birth of their daughter Olivia. Sara was looking for products for her baby that would perfectly combine timeless design with sustainable quality. As she could not exactly find what she was looking for, she decided to create it herself! That’s how Cam Cam was born.

Cam Cam is indeed timeless, marrying the classic with modern. It creates a premium and sustainable interior design for little loved ones. It combines the minimal Scandinavian style with the rich architectural heritage, poetic designs and an elegant colour palette. In Cam Cam’s collection, you can find everything around the baby and child, furniture as well as accessories and toys that compose the children’s world. The main characteristic of Cam Cam is sustainability. Its reason of existence and of course the main ingredient of its success! Can Cam Copenhagen uses 100% organic cotton in all textile products and the entire furniture collection is produced in Europe from sustainable FSC-certified wood and child-safe VOC-free paint.

A perfect example of Cam Cam’s uniqueness in inspiration, as well as high-quality, is the furniture series Harlequin (beds, wardrobe, dresser etc.). The name Harlequin refers to the rhombus shaped pattern, known from the Pierrot Lunaire ballet and classical painted patterns 🤍.

The Cam Cam Copenhagen universe fulfils both the wishes of child and parent.

The Sustainable Choice

Cam Cam Copenhagen is built upon a vision of creating beautiful and sustainable products for families’ special moments.

All products consist of Eco-friendly materials and are produced under a socially and environmentally responsible process. Textile products are certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) or the Organic Content Standard (OCS) and wooden items by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).
